This is story of Samir and Muhammad, a Christian and a Muslim. They lived in Damascus in late 19th century. Dwarf's was Samir and he could not walk, and Muhammad was blind. Samir guides Muhammad through their eyes in streets of Damascus.

They depended on each other, complemented each other, formed a whole. It is said that they were both orphans and lived in the same room and were always together.

When Samir died, Muhammad cried for seven days because he lost his half, Then he died of grief.
