1. You are beaten before you are found guilty
2. A person who has spent many days in police cells becomes the captain of the cells. He/she is appointed by the police officers
3. Once a new commer enter the police cells,he/she is beaten by the cell captain and others in police cells
4. If you have cigarettes, you are spared from beatings
5.  Duties of a cell captain are to control and discpline cell mates
6. You only eat when the cell captain says so
7. Police bond normally is not given on Saturdays and Sundays
