23rd April is World Vagina Day and a lot of people around the world celebrate it in their own way. In Japan, celebrating Vagina day rites goes back at least 1,500 years, into Japan's agricultural past.
When celebrating this kind of festival, the cities which would hold this rite gets a lot of visitors trooping to their place. These comprise of foreigners and expats.

At the Hime-no-miya grand vagina festival, the parents dress their children and people who will partake in their festival march dress in a vagina cloth.

Later, 40 grown carry a the weight of a huge Vagina sculpture to a shrine. They're followed by two smaller vagina litters. Vendors sell candies and toys shaped in a vagina.
