No, Kim took ownership of her situation in a brilliant way. Took the notoriety, the ridicule, and wore it like a badge of honor. Made a reality TV show that made her, her siblings, mother, stepfather and everyone they married, birthed or hung out with into stars, and millionaires in their own right.
Love them or loathe them, but that’s clever marketing right there. And while it was Kim’s mother, Kris Jenner, who was behind most of it, Kim was that little snowball who put the whole avalanche in motion. What initially seemed like a painful mistake that could only harm her reputation, proved to be hugely financially potent for the entire Kardashian-Jenner clan to this very day.
Kim was a victim of what we now call ‘revenge porn’ from a spiteful ex-lover. An ex-lover who, until now, makes a comparitively measly 30,000 dollars a month from the rights to that tape, while Kim’s entire family rakes in millions weekly from their various endeavours.
