LAKE KASHIBA

The most interesting Part about visiting this adventurous place, are the Mythical Stories of how the village of Abena Mbushi of the Lamba People sank down the lake and establishe a village underwater, it is also believed that the leafs which fall from the trees are automatically swept at night by the same villages, myths also reports that the fish caught from the lake can't be cooked no matter the temperature.

Experience
In 2017 there was a boy from my former school (Mpongwe South Boardind Secondary) who drowned in the lake, only he's clothes were found, elo ninshi he was supposed to right G9 exams....ala it was so scary, the parents tried everything they could, they brought mealie meal and some money and gave some old man whose believed to have been talking to spirits from that lake, but still nothing, i remember the army went to camp from there, they tried to go as deep as they could but to no avail....all those scary scenes that happen in nigerians movies yalachitika ku lake kashiba....it is believed to be the heart of Indian Ocean.
